Since 2024, Amy has supported all the direct service staff at Dismas, using her social work experience, deep understanding of cultural competency, and project management skills to guide day-to-day operations. She brings extensive experience in program management, supervising direct service staff, developing policy, providing relevant training, meeting state and federal standards, engaging stakeholders, and case management.
Before joining Dismas of Vermont, Amy served at Vermont State University, Family Counseling Services of the Finger Lakes, Center for Disability Rights, Seneca County Department of Human Services, and the Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes. She has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work.
