Dez holds a Bachelor of Arts from Castleton University and a Paralegal Certification from Boston University, and brings professional experience, personal understanding, and a genuine passion for supporting women in recovery. Her background includes working as a Treatment Court Case Manager, providing therapeutic case management, advocacy, and support to individuals navigating substance use disorder and the criminal justice system. Her own personal experience has further shaped her commitment to helping women recognize their strengths and potential.
