With 20 years of experience in nonprofit and human services and a degree in psychology, Jennifer genuinely enjoys helping people move forward and seeing their progress. Since joining Dismas in 2024, she has worked closely with individuals as they build the skills, stability, and confidence needed to live independently.
Her philosophy is, "I believe everyone’s path looks different, and sometimes people just need someone to believe in them, offer support, and help them recognize what they’re capable of. I value being that person and am grateful to have a role where I can help people learn new skills and build their confidence.
For me, it’s more than a job. Helping guide someone and teaching them life skills that make it easier to navigate the housing market, social services, and other programs can make a meaningful difference in their life. I’m proud to be a part of that."
